Fourth Annual Heneghan and Associates' Scholarship - 2003

Heneghan & Associates, P.C., Engineers and Surveyors, with offices in Jerseyville, Centralia, and Effingham, Illinois, is pleased to announce the three recipients of their fourth annual Heneghan and Associates Scholarship. Kyle A. Masenelli (Staunton High School-Jerseyville office), Kenzie Merle Meyer (Salem Community High School - Centralia office), Stacey Millsap (Mattoon High School - Effingham office) were each presented with a certificate award and a check for $500.00.

The applicants were required to be enrolled (or in the process of enrolling) in one of the following higher-education programs: engineering, surveying, or mathematics. Evaluation of the applicants was based on a combination of test scores, grades, extracurricular activities, and community involvement.



Kyle A. Masenelli, a May 2003 graduate of Staunton High School, was selected as one of three recipients of their fourth annual Heneghan and Associates Scholarship. Masinelli was presented with a certificate award and a check for $500.00 at Heneghan & Associates Jerseyville office. Masinelli plans to study engineering at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Illinois.Presenting the award to Kyle A. Masenelli is Curt Westrich, Project Manager at Heneghan & Associates, P.C.

Stacey Millsap was selected as one of three recipients of their fourth annual Heneghan and Associates Scholarship. Millsap was presented with a certificate award and a check for $500.00 at Heneghan & Associates Effingham office. Millsap, a May 2003 graduate of Mattoon High School, was chosen as the area's best applicant of high school seniors attending school in the Effingham office area. Millsap plans to study engineering at the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign, Illinois.Presenting the award to Stacey Millsap is Maynard Reedy, Heneghan & Associates' Regional Manager for Effingham.

Kenzie Merle Meyer was chosen as the Centralia area's best applicant of high school seniors. Kenzie Merle Meyer was selected as one of three recipients of their fourth annual Heneghan and Associates Scholarship. Meyer was presented with a certificate award and a check for $500.00 at Heneghan & Associates Centralia office. Meyer, a May 2003 graduate of Salem Community High School, plans to study civil engineering at Southern Illinois University of Illinois - Edwardsville, Illinois.Presenting the award to Kenzie Merle Meyer is Craig Olsen, Heneghan & Associates' Regional Manager for Centralia.
