Third Annual Heneghan and Associates' Scholarship - 2002

Heneghan & Associates, P.C., Engineers and Surveyors, with offices in Jerseyville, Centralia, and Effingham, Illinois, is pleased to announce the three recipients of their third annual Heneghan and Associates Scholarship. Andrew Bloomer (Carlinville High School-Jerseyville office), Jodi Kostecki (Nashville High School - Centralia office), Dustin Graumnez (Vandalia High School - Effingham office).were each presented with a certificate award and a check for $500.00.

The applicants were required to be enrolled (or in the process of enrolling) in one of the following higher-education programs: engineering, surveying, or mathematics. Evaluation of the applicants was based on a combination of test scores, grades, extracurricular activities, and community involvement.



Andrew Bloomer, a May 2002 graduate of Carlinville High School, was chosen as the Jerseyville area's best applicant of high school seniors. Bloomer plans to study Civil Engineering at the University of Illinois - Champaign/Urbana. Presenting the award to Andrew Bloomer is Dean Heneghan, President of Heneghan & Associates, P.C.

Dustin Graumenz, a May 2002 graduate of Vandalia High School in Vandalia, Illinois, was chosen as the Effingham area's best applicant of high school seniors. Graumenz plans to study Engineering/Surveying at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. Presenting the award to Dustin Graumenz is Maynard Reedy, Heneghan & Associates' Regional Manager for Effingham.

Jodi Kostecki, a May 2002 graduate of Nashville Community High School, was chosen as the Centralia area's best applicant of high school seniors. Kostecki plans to study Civil Engineering at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Presenting the award to Jodi L. Kostecki is Dean Heneghan, President of Heneghan and Associates, along with Craig Olsen, Heneghan & Associates' Regional Manager for Centralia.
