Heneghan and Associates was a recent participant at the Illinois Rural Water Association’s 26th annual technical conference held in February in Effingham, Illinois.  The conference was attended by approximately 400 registrants. 

In addition to attending conference workshops, Heneghan also was an exhibitor to inform attendees about the civil engineering services Heneghan can provide.  Initially established in Jerseyville in 1986 by Dean P. Heneghan, the firm built its reputation on extending running water to rural areas.  The firm rapidly expanded from its 6 original employees to a current staff of about 50 located in Jerseyville, Columbia, Godfrey, and Centralia.

Heneghan provides engineering for transportation, storm sewer systems, detention basins, water/wastewater, and land planning.  Heneghan also provides services for land surveying, permitting, dam inspections, and funding assistance.  Municipalities, county agencies, water districts/companies, State agencies, and residential and commercial developers rely on Heneghan and Associates for quality services.
