Dean P. Heneghan Reappointed to USDA Committee

Dean P. Heneghan, founder and president of Heneghan & Associates, P.C. in Jerseyville has been reappointed to the Illinois American Council of Engineering Companies USDA committee.  Heneghan has been a member of the ACEC-IL for 21 years and has served as a member of the USDA committee since 1996.

  The ACEC-IL originated in 1921 when the Chicago Association of Consulting Engineers was formed and is currently a statewide association consisting of 225 consulting engineering and land surveying firms engaged in the private practice of engineering.  The ACEC-IL strives to assist its members to achieve higher professional, business, and economic standards, thereby providing excellent consulting services for clients. 

  As a member of the USDA committee, Heneghan works with State and Federal legislators, and promotes public awareness of consulting engineering interests.  “I am glad to be reappointed to the USDA committee,” Heneghan said.  “It gives me the opportunity to better serve the engineering profession.”
